Refund policy

All products sold by Jamrock Threadz LLC are made to order using a print-on-demand fulfillment model.


Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.


Refunds or replacements are provided only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.
